ITINERARY

Day 2 - Dharamshala to Bhairagarh
Strap in for a wild start! Today, we embark on a thrilling 220km ride through the heart of India’s lively and unpredictable roads. Twisting mountain passes, bustling roadside villages, and the ever-present buzz of the Indian highway set the tone for what’s to come. The ride is demanding, but every mile is a testament to the unfiltered essence of riding in India. By evening, we arrive in Bhairagarh, a quiet mountain town surrounded by misty peaks, where we rest and prepare for an even bigger challenge ahead.

Day 1 - Arrive to Dharamshala
Welcome to Dharamshala, the gateway to an unforgettable adventure! Nestled in the foothills of the Himalayas, this town is a blend of Tibetan culture, bustling bazaars, and serene mountain views. Upon arrival, you'll meet your riding crew and get introduced to the mean machines that will carry you through this epic journey. In the evening, we gather for a detailed briefing—covering routes, safety, and what to expect in the days ahead. A good night’s rest is crucial because tomorrow, the adventure truly begins!

Day 3 - Bhairagarh to Killar via Sach Pass
Today will be etched in your memory forever! We tackle the mighty Sach Pass—one of the most treacherous yet rewarding mountain passes in India. The ascent is a true test of skill and endurance, with loose gravel, water crossings, and hairpin bends keeping you on edge. At the summit, you stand at an incredible 4,420m, with panoramic views that defy description. This is the moment for jaw-dropping photos that will send your social media into overdrive.

Day 4 - Killar to Jispa
The adventure continues as we leave Killar behind and ride towards Jispa, the gateway to Ladakh. The roads are a mix of gravel, dirt, and smooth tarmac. Along the way, we cross roaring rivers on rickety bridges, weave through pine-covered mountains, and encounter local shepherds guiding their flocks. Tonight, we rest under a canopy of stars, listening to the river’s soothing hum, as we prepare for the next leg of our journey.

Day 5 - Jispa to Sakti
The journey to Sakti takes us through vast plateaus, deep gorges, and rugged mountain trails. Every twist and turn reveals a new spectacle—from prayer-flag-draped monasteries perched on cliffs to isolated villages where time stands still. As we climb higher, the air grows thinner, but the beauty becomes overwhelming. By evening, we reach Sakti, where an incredible hotel stay awaits, offering a moment of luxury amid the wilderness.

Day 6 - Sakti to Leh
The ride to Leh is a momentous one. You've heard about this legendary city from so many riders, and now it’s your turn to experience its magic. Known as "Mini-Lhasa," Leh is a cultural melting pot where Tibetan traditions meet Indian vibrancy. The ride into town is spectacular, with endless views of barren mountains and dramatic ridges. Upon arrival, we explore the town, visiting ancient monasteries, bustling markets, and savoring authentic Ladakhi cuisine. This is a well-deserved break, but the adventure is far from over.

Day 7 - Leh to Hunder via Kardung La
Prepare for one of the most exhilarating days of your life! Today, we conquer Khardung La, the world’s highest motorable road at a staggering 5,360m. As you ascend, the air thins, the temperatures drop, and the sense of achievement skyrockets. Standing at the summit, looking down at the winding roads you've conquered, is a feeling like no other. From here, we descend into the mesmerizing Nubra Valley, a place of stark contrasts—vast sand dunes against snow-capped peaks.

Day 8 - Hunder to Pakistan border
Today, we push even further into the unknown—towards the Pakistan border. Riding along the Shyok River, we navigate remote landscapes with towering mountains on one side and fast-flowing rivers on the other. The border area between India- and Pakistan-controlled Kashmir is both historically and geopolitically significant. Few get the chance to venture this far, making this ride an incredible achievement.

Day 9 - Hunder to Pangong Lake
The ride to Pangong Lake is one of the most scenic of the trip. As we climb through high-altitude passes and descend into vast open valleys, the landscape transforms dramatically. Then, suddenly, it appears—Pangong Lake, a surreal turquoise expanse stretching across the horizon. At 4,350m, it’s one of the highest saltwater lakes in the world. There are no major settlements here, just raw nature in its purest form. We set up camp along its shores, watching the sky explode into shades of orange and pink as the sun sets over the Himalayas.

Day 10 - Pangong Lake to Leh
Our final ride takes us back to Leh, closing the loop on this epic journey. With every mile, memories of the past days flood back—the towering peaks, the daring passes, the camaraderie, and the sheer thrill of adventure. As we roll into Leh, there’s a deep sense of accomplishment. Ten days, countless miles, and an endless collection of stories to tell. Tonight, we celebrate our achievements with a well-earned night out in Leh, reminiscing about the roads conquered and the friendships forged.
