Cancellation Policy

Deposit payments are non-refundable but they are transferable to another tour if more than 90-days notice is given. For cancellations within 90-days, the deposit payment is non-refundable. Any additional payments that have been made above the deposit amount can be transferred to another tour which is to be used within 12-months of the original tour start date. Tour payments can only be transferred once. Travel insurance will often cover late cancellations for reasons associated with medical conditions or family matters. If this is the case then Hearts & Tears MC will provide you with the necessary paperwork you need to process your claim. It is therefore recommended to purchase your travel insurance policy near the time of booking.
